Privacy Policy

Account information: name, email address, and account role (student or business), collected when you sign up with email/password or with Google sign-in.

Business profile information (business accounts only): business name, bio, rates, location (city/state/zip), contact email and phone, website and Instagram handle, skill levels taught, specialties, certifications, years of experience, and any photos you upload. All of this is provided voluntarily to build your public listing.

Messages: content of messages sent between students and businesses through TennisGrove's messaging feature.

Reviews: star ratings and written reviews students submit for businesses.

Saved listings: which business profiles a student has bookmarked.

We do not collect payment or financial information at this time — TennisGrove does not currently charge for any account or listing.

We use this information to operate the marketplace: showing business listings to students, enabling messaging between students and businesses, displaying reviews, and letting students manage their saved listings and account settings. We do not sell your personal information to third parties, and we do not use your data for advertising.

TennisGrove is built on Supabase, which stores account and profile data in a hosted Postgres database with access controls that restrict who can read or modify each piece of data (for example, only you and admins can see your own messages — other users and businesses can't). If Google sign-in is used, Google handles authentication and shares your name and email with us; we don't receive your Google password.

TennisGrove uses essential cookies to keep you signed in and to remember basic preferences. We don't use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.

We use Vercel Analytics to see aggregate traffic patterns — which pages get visited and roughly how much traffic the site gets. It doesn't use cookies, doesn't track you across other websites, and doesn't collect anything that identifies you personally. We use it only to understand how TennisGrove is used, not to advertise to you.

You can update or delete your account information, business profile, and photos at any time from your dashboard settings. To request full deletion of your account and associated data, or to ask what data we hold about you, email us at the address below — we'll process the request promptly.

TennisGrove accounts are intended for users 13 and older. Junior players are welcome to be discussed and booked through a parent or guardian's account — we don't knowingly collect account information directly from children under 13.

If this policy changes in a material way, we'll update the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify users directly.
