Terms of Service

TennisGrove is a directory and messaging platform that connects tennis students with independent coaches, clinics, paid hitting partners, and stringers. TennisGrove is not a party to any lesson, service, or transaction arranged between a student and a business — we provide the platform for discovery and communication only. We don't vet, certify, insure, or guarantee the qualifications, conduct, or services of any business listed on the site, and any arrangement (scheduling, payment, cancellation, etc.) is strictly between you and the business.

Students use TennisGrove free, always. Business accounts (coaches, clinics, paid hitting partners, stringers) are also free to use right now, with no subscription required. If TennisGrove introduces a paid plan in the future, existing businesses will receive at least 1 month's advance notice by email before any payment is required to remain visible in search. You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for the accuracy of the information on your account and profile.

All business listings are reviewed before appearing in search results, and may be removed at any time for violating these terms or our acceptable use guidelines below. Approval is not an endorsement of the business or its services.

You keep ownership of any photo, bio, or other content you upload to your profile. By posting it, you confirm you own it or have permission to use it, and you give TennisGrove a license to display it on the platform for as long as your listing is active. Don't upload a photo you don't have the rights to — we'll remove content that infringes someone else's copyright.

You agree not to:

• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent information in a profile, message, or review
• Use messaging to spam, harass, or solicit users for unrelated purposes
• Post a review for a business you didn't actually interact with
• Impersonate another person or business
• Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the platform's normal operation

Violating these terms may result in content removal, listing removal, or account suspension.

Reviews reflect the opinions of the individual student who wrote them, not TennisGrove. We may remove reviews that violate our acceptable use guidelines, but we don't edit reviews on a business's behalf.

There's no subscription to cancel right now — business listings are free. If a paid plan is introduced later, it will be cancellable anytime from account settings, with access continuing through the end of the current billing period. Anyone can delete their account and listing at any time from their dashboard settings, free of charge, no matter what plan is active.

TennisGrove is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for the quality, safety, legality, or outcome of any lesson, clinic, or purchase arranged through the platform, or for any dispute between a student and a business. To the fullest extent permitted by law, TennisGrove is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

We may update these terms as the platform evolves. If we make a material change, we'll update the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify users directly — consistent with the 1 month's notice commitment above for anything affecting billing.
